I’ve been happy with all our business and tipped us for promotion, praised Cook and the lads behind the scenes, etc. All positive.
But now we are getting too heavy in squad numbers up top. And Sone bloody Aluko isn’t worth it in my opinion. Players are going to be left out and get unhappy. We are risking upsetting the apple cart while we scrape around with barely enough defenders and midfielders to get through August. | |

Relax, we have a very good left back coming next week which leaves Penney as back up and Kenlock gone. We’ve spent a lot of money for this level on a centre half who should be fit soon. We have another one close apparently, so that could leave Woolfy as back up. KVY is fit again, and Burns can play RB. We’ve got a new keeper.
Harper, Evans, Fraser as the midfield trio. A front 3 from Chaplin, Barry, Aluko, Burns, Norwood, Bonne, Piggott.
We’re a couple short, probably, but there’s plenty of time and more than enough quality in the meantime. People need to chill. |  |
