I'm going through this at the moment, they are a joke. No way to call them and never reply to emails or website enquiries. I ordered tests for when I return but they are posting them after we would have already left. I've requested a refund twice and heard nothing. I'm just going to get the tests out there instead. I'd be happy if they would just reply but their website says refunds can be given if you tell them early enough |  |

We should be getting the fit to fly back tests 2 days before we go..... email saying this will now be one day before (and the day before we go we are at an all day wedding with nobody at home to sign for them!).... fast approaching and nothing on the account to suggest its even been sent etc.
hotel luckily has them over there at £30 a pop, so whilst we'll be out of pocket, atleast we can test to fly back.
