The day that Johnson announced this the media called him out.
The general consensus was that there was just 4 new hospitals.

He also said 50,000 new nurses and again the media forced a government spokesman (but not Johnson) to admit that some 30,000 would be existing nurses.

Johnsons attempts at 'Big Lies' don't work as well as Trumps.
Trumps Big Lie is unravelling now.
The moral of this is that your pants will eventualy catch fire if you lie.
