He's squirrelled his money away, out of reach of the courts.
Can't seeing him tripping himself up on this.
However....
I'm not convinced.
It seems as if all the stuff surrounding the house could well be enough of a smoking gun to trigger some further investigation - especially if there's sufficient evidence to suggest he deliberately offloaded assets in advance of his bankruptcy.
EDIT:
And, being a civil matter, one would assume that any shenanigans would only need to be proved 'on the balance of probability' rather than having to satisfy the beefier criminal standard of proof?
