NHS covid vaccination booking system. 13:47 - Apr 14 with 447 views

Has anybody else had any trouble getting a vaccination booking via the online service? I'm trying to book a spring booster for an elderly relative and the system just goes round in circles endlessly asking for NHS number. No error messages shown.

Perhaps I should write a letter?
