A consistent line-up would help 15:06 - Apr 16 with 615 viewsJimInGreensboro

Cards and injuries shake things up, certainly, but all the different line-ups and formations can seriously impact team chemistry. It's important for players to know who they're lining up with, and we just don't have that consistency. We are lacking the intangibles of teamwork and it's costing us opportunities.

Rotheram made changes today and then had enforced changes in the first half. It's not an excuse to a poor performance. Playing with Aluko rather than Chaplin shouldn't stop you from being able to pass a ball 5 yards to a blue shirt.

The one thing which will gnaw at me is the changes made after Burton and Plymouth; most goals scored under McKenna/probably most well rounded performance of the season and both times he makes what felt like unnecessary changes to the starting XI. We struggled to get into any rhythm in the following games.
