One mistake or bad decision and you’re opening yourself up to all sorts of abuse. Just seems like the sort of obvious thing you’d avoid at a crucial time of the season. Someone else commenting that the teams challenging have a poor record under him - some way off their record in other matches - how true that is I haven’t checked. But just seems like a basic error to not make because you can’t win in that situation but can certainly lose if a genuine referring mistake is made, let alone the potential for bias consciously or unconsciously. |  | | |  |
