Why on earth take the chance here? One mistake or bad decision and you’re opening yourself up to all sorts of abuse.
Just seems like the sort of obvious thing you’d avoid at a crucial time of the season. Someone else commenting that the teams challenging have a poor record under him - some way off their record in other matches - how true that is I haven’t checked.
But just seems like a basic error to not make because you can’t win in that situation but can certainly lose if a genuine referring mistake is made, let alone the potential for bias consciously or unconsciously. |  | | |  |
