Not many will leave a greater legacy, especially from his Holland-Dozier-Holland days.
A massive back catalogue. Including songs he wrote with the Holland brothers under a pseudonym for Chairman of the Board and Freda Payne, because Berry Gordy took out an injunction against them writing when they left Motown and set up Invictus.

The early Chairmen of the Board songs were brilliant, helped by General Johnson's voice.
Give Me Just a Little More Time and (You got me) Dangling on a String are pure genius, and Everything's Tuesday was right up there too.
