Gutted I can't be there tonight, hopefully get some replica gloves for Christmas though!

A little anecdote I have probably told before. Marcus won the Halesworth branch POTY award. We had winners come down to collect it every year, most do a speech and spend varying amount of time meeting fans, drinking or whatnot. Usually they were to a man decent.

Marcus was genuinely humbled and amiable all night. Without any ceremony he lead all us kids out to his car and started rummaging through his kit and boots. The lads lucky enough to be equally small of foot (think he is a size 7) got a free pair off him.

Jealous was not the word!
