But as much as we failed to take our opportunities the ref was bloody dire.
I have seen poor officials but that was poor from both points of view.

Thought he had a good game to be fair.

Got the Chaplin call right, also could have sent Morsy off.

He made several poor decisions first half, the most egregious of which was not sending off Morsy, so we can hardly complain. Second half he was fine.

Positives - let the game flow, wasn’t a picky little hitler, didn’t stand any nonsense
Negatives - probably didn’t protect players enough
