I just think we have the perfect balance atm. A young, intelligent, calm and measured coach, a driven CEO with a wise old hand at his side, good owners/investors with a realistic approach and an understanding of the importance of community and infrastructure. And a staff structure being built with relevant expertise to ensure that we progress on and off the pitch. Add to that a world famous main sponsor who happens to be a local boy made good and a genuine fan. Everything is aligned.
