Are you referring to the one where they basically describe a bloke but with terms like 'your swinging t*ts, your beer belly, your two left feet' etc.

That did the rounds of a couple of sports teams when I was at uni, and haven't heard it since. Didn't ever know the source/that any football fans sing it.
