Pretty poor today tbh 17:02 - Dec 17 with 914 viewsDubtractor

One of our worst performances of the season.

But that said, prob worth keeping in context the overall season so far, we've been excellent and are very well set for the second half of the season.

We badly need a better centre forward option or two though. Yeah, I know we score a lot of goals, but we do toil a bit against teams that just sit in and make it difficult.

I was born underwater, I dried out in the sun. I started humping volcanoes baby, when I was too young.

We seem to be running on empty. Injuries are not helping but we look like we have played 40 odd games already rather than just entering the Xmas period. January can't come soon enough. Strengthen in one or two areas and get some key men fit and firing.

Makes the team selection against Buxton even mopre baffling.

Yeah looked a bit leggy in the 2nd half, unsurprising I guess that Aluko and Edwards looked the most lively once they came on but that only encouraged Wycombe to sit in and the space was gone.

Again in games like this it's failing to take chances when it's 0-0 in the first half that ultimately does the damage. Got ourselves in some really good positions but Chaplin's finishing was missing, Jackson and Burns were really quite poor on the ball and we couldn't pick people out when we had good opportunities to.

Agree though we're in a good place, a bit of help in January needed to see us through.

Just because I don't care doesn't mean I don't understand.

Plus side, should have alot of players fit for Oxford and we're running very close to January to bring 2 or 3 players in.
