We need a striker of real quality. We didn’t get it in the summer and it shows. Hope new year brings us a nice Xmas present. Todays opponents btw were not even a good side.

You are right we are missing someone who is clinical with goal scoring.

However, even without having got that player in, we are second in the league and amongst the top scorers. If we can get the right player (or even better a couple of them) in January, we will be a long way towards getting promoted.

A long way to go and a lot of twists and turns might happen but we are in a very good place.

Wycombe however awful their football is had their usual plan. It worked. On your other point I doubt we will find this almost mythical striker during January.
