There's a difference between coaching players in tactical drills on the training pitch, which a lot of our games look like, and managing a team to be effective at winning professional football matches. He's going to have to identify the difference between the two and sort it out, even if it means sacrificing some of the things he wants to see in a football team. |  | |  |
