Watching the Posh v Derby game 15:44 - Mar 25 with 1339 views

and seeing the current score in the corner of the screen reminded me of a little fact I read recently.
The score is written using the first 3 letters of each team, so, PET DER today.
So when Sweden are at home to Denmark, the letters joined together spell the home country SWE DEN. Interesting in itself, but, what to the remaining letters of each nation spell?
