.. We had 1 season under Joe didn't we? V Wigan etc, but we ended up in play offs.
Burley years.. trying to think back... think we had 1 season where we finished 3rd? the others were 5/6th?

We finished 3rd twice under Burley in 98/99 and 99/00. We were in the fight for 2nd all the way, but not in contention for winning the league with 4 games to play. |  | | |

And in terms of final day dramas
1999, 2000 and 2005 for a top two promotion place.
1987, 1996, 2004, 2008, 2015 for a play-off place.
1994 to avoid relegation. I think there may have been a very very small chance of avoiding the drop on the last day 2001-02 season as well?
