Hi All,
Wouldn’t usually post something like this but I’m finding myself in a spot of bother financially and wondered if anyone has any suggestions on how to raise some extra cash? Other than sell most of my belongings which I have pretty much done already lol

Have you tried the Citizens Advice Bureau yet? They have a lot of experience and would be best placed to give advice on this sort of thing. |  |

Step Change formally Optua, are a very good debt advice charity. They certainly helped my youngest sort things when i was unable to help him. Avoid organisations that want up front fees. You could end up owing more than ever. | | | |

It sounds like you need some help from specialists. Money Saving Expert might be a good place to start. As one of the only websites unblocked at a previous job I spent ages on there reading random things. They used to have a Step Change rep on the forum and their entire site is packed with useful info.

Second this - did some volunteering for the CAB, they are great people and will definitely be a good starting point. | | | |
