“Can you just name the person your story is based on?” A simple question once upon a time. Not so much in these post-truth no-consequence days.

I like listening to Andrew Castle on a weekend.

Missed him today as had an early dog run.

I do enjoy the clips LBC put out, although they just add to the general feeing that political discourse now is largely irrelevant when the lying is so blatant and shameless.

I've only ever seen/heard him in the context of tennis (Castle, not Jenrick!!). Far more impressed with him here.

FFS.

I just despair.

Distortion becomes somehow pure in its wildness.

He's a good listen, on weekends at 7am.

He might be too much of a far right fascist for some of the odd bods on here though.

I think he does lean to the right but he generally doesn't show it, and comes across as a relatively unbiased presenter prepared to call out things regardless of party.

Yes, but you're not an odd bod.

Jenrick is one of the worst that comes to this sort of thing.

He apparently qualified as a solicitor but to my mind shows none of the integrity expected of a solicitor. Instead, he comes across as a dodgy second-hand car salesperson.

This current incarnation of the Conservative Party is too much for many on the centre/non-extreme right.

Poll: Who would you play at right centre back on Saturday?

Gosh, a rightie lying, whatever next ?

Perhaps cut the cnt off as he is not answering a reasonable question. Put the smear out then, repeated it as often as you can, knowing Tory voters want to hear this sort of stuff and in the main are too thick to look it up.

Chris Bryant has come up with ways of cleaning up Parliament, and the political discourse in general. Having read some of them it could mean the end of the Tory Party. Rather like banning homosexuals from the Catholic Church.
