We were pants after the substitutions and made a real meal of it

You can see the gap between League One and the Championship, you definitely need more legs at this level

I think we started really sloppily and took a while to get used to the pace of this level but eased into the game and looked dangerous going forward

Slow start is an understatement. We were battered. Interestingly they came at us at the start like we often did against teams last season. It didn't always work out for us either.
