Exactly what's happening Clarke managing a injury, JD injured and not good enough to start ever week if we go a goal down offers little getting forward hence why we bought Clarke changed the dynamics of how we played.

Davis, Clarke and Williams will effectively give us two players on the left and two on the right between them that are young, have very high ceilings, are potential Premier League players (Williams having played there 50 odd times) and play the way McKenna wants us to play. It may well mean the end of Donacien at Town once Clarke is fully fit, with Ball able to deputise there and do the sort of defensive job Janoi can do. Janoi has been one of my favourite Town players of recent years and he'd be well up to the job of keeping teams out and staying in this division but it's blatantly obvious now we are attacking this division and looking to go at teams like we did last season, which is where the higher quality replacements will be vital.

Donacian and Williams are very different players though. Williams is an out and out RB or RWB (at a push though he has the attributes). Williams is 5ft 7 so unlikely to play the tucking into CB role Donacian does. Of course we could go total football and have Clarke Woolf and Davis as a 3 at CB. Burns and Williams as wing backs! :) all out attack!
