Business invoices... bank accounts 18:40 - Sep 13 with 699 views | FrimleyBlue | Just trying to help mother in law. Need he'll Gardner provided invoice.. bank details are for his mums account. Bit obvious I guess why.. but is it wrong for mother in law to pay it so its sorted. Or does she insist that it be a personal or business account for the Gardner himself. I've googled it. And whilst I can see it can be an issue for the Gardner and how he's sorts it...but can't see anything about the payee and if she would be liable for anything in the future.. she's after all just paying an invoice to the account details given..

Your mother in law can only pay into the bank account the gardener has given details for though so I can’t see that she would have any problem. Alternatively, see if they’ll take cash for a discount
| We have no village green, or a shop.
It's very, very quiet.
I can walk to the pub. |

It’s not a particularly sophisticated fiddle but guess he can claim it hasn’t been paid from a tax perspective. Nothing your mother in law can be on the hook for though, I would just pay it. If you have any strong moral objection to it your best bet is to pay up and find a new gardener.
