Got tickets to my first ever away game!

It's still an absolute mission to get there but a good few hours less than it would be to get to Portman Road but golly gosh I am excited. Should be a cracking game against two very good teams.

Any tips in advance?

I assume you mean MBoro? It will be cold, and most likely, wet. Boro fans are fine - i've been in the home end and they are OK. Pubs in the town are OK too.

I park near by an industrial site not far from the ground.
Enjoy! - first away games are so different to the norm.

You'll enjoy the atmosphere. The away following are an enthusiastic lot.

Where are you travelling from that's it's closer than PR?

It's the same for us - 140 miles to the Riverside whereas it's 386 miles to PR.

Cheers all for the tips.

Yep, off to the Boro game - leaving from the West Cost of Scotland so wet and cold are two adjectives that dominate my life.

Looking forward to it, shame there is a chunky international break between now and then but hey-ho. COYB
