I'm interested in how that works. Presumably they'll retain ownership of the asset but provide a community license and long-term lease agreement that allows the site to be used for alternative use (presumably subject to consent). It's really good to see, good to see of NR as well and presumably a component of their social responsibility. Obviously a commercial benefit to them of not having to maintain the asset or fund the restoration, but good that they're seemingly quite amenable with such projects. Good luck with it. Please update on progress as I would love to visit when operational. |  | |  |
