It’s a gravy train isn’t it. The good news is that the strength of feeling against water companies is growing, so we may see some change. Although I don’t think Labour’s plans to clamp down on bonuses for poorly performing firms and have stricter monitoring controls and harsher fines go far enough. If ever there was an industry that should be owned purely for the benefit of the people it should be water imo.
