Man City were without the England players and didn’t look that good, haaland barely touched the ball in 90 mins and was akin to Kane for England. I was there, I had ultra hospitality tickets. First half was dull, second was decent. Haaland barely touched the ball then looked upset the shortest man on the pitch scored with a header. Man U had a much better shape than last season and looked more settled, but it wasn’t a full strength City. I wonder if playing Liverpool and Citeh early will help us a bit. I also wonder if we are going to close some of our squad gaps with some of these borderline players, a couple from England and perhaps a European big boy (like Fati at Brighton last year?). |  | | |
