Gary Lineker was pretty crap at the start, took him a while to get his presenting-legs.
I think it's great that we are having people like Scott present, for diversity's value but also because with that diversity comes new ways of thinking about and seeing the subject matter.
As with Linaker, it will take some time for her to get really fluent with the speed of presenting, the patter, the skills, but it will happen much quicker for her if fewer people jump at the chance to moan and criticise. |  |
