If I ever meet him I'll defo ask about his time there. There was a club in Surelere that I used to take balls too so you never know, I could have been the difference between his playing in the Prem for the Towen and a less glamorous peak.
Wikipedia says his Dad turned down a job in the US for one in Cork so be interesting to know his back story for sure. | |

Think I read somewhere the parents chose Cork due to the Irish education system and the safe environment for the kids. Think the father was working in somewhere like Dubai previous to Cork. Weather is definitely better in Florida then Cork though | | | |
