We have to be in with a shout of staying up at that stage or it will be even harder to entice any quality to come in.
Do we lack the negotiating ability in the transfer market or hamstrung by money or spending rules or both?
Also given the lack of foreign players signing do we lack a presence there?

I doubt very much we'll be adrift qt the bpttom of the league by xmas. Not signing broja leaves us a prem loan and a bit of budget for january. And we don't NEED foreign players.
