Tismo Geneve - Companies House 22:23 - Dec 2 with 1052 views | Zx1988 | I see that the club's luxury watch partner has launched its new range of covered market-style bling; all the style of the covered market, none of the value. I looked the company up on Companies House and, to an uninitiated soul such as me, it seems to make for interesting reading. https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/13209341 A dormant company called "Central Establishment (London) Ltd" until July 2023, at which point the name and Director was changed. Its first set of accounts are now overdue. The original director, a Mr Grzegorz Szewczyk, seems to be an interesting chap. Over 1,200 directorial appointments at Companies House, most of them now resigned. All of the current ones seem to be dormant companies with various esoteric names. It all seems a little odd to me. What do those on the board with a better understanding of Companies House and business administration make of it? [Post edited 2 Dec 2024 22:25]

Again, I don't know but Mr Grzegorz Szewczyk may be something to do with an accountants or company registrations services. It's not uncommon for people to be temp directors and company secretaries. | |
