Happy new year all and your annual reminders. 16:47 - Jan 1 with 887 viewsBlueBadger

A reasonably calm one on the night shift last night. Managed to get all of the on-call team together for around an hour for a glass of zerosecco and British Tapas(you may know this as a 'beige buffet')between 2330 and 0030 but I'm expecting true hell on Earth tonight and the weekend.

And now, your reminder - if you've overindulged over the festive season, a couple of tips for 'detox'.

1. Own a functional liver
2. Own functioning kidneys. Two is best, but one will suffice.
3. That's it.

Happy new year all and uppa Towen.

A friend wants to know if the yogurt enema he's halfway through is a good tip for detox.

You 'friend' might as well shove it up his arse for all the good it'll do.

I had no idea NYD was a lively one, and assumed the following days were quiet too. I guess that’s because now I’m in my 50’s I need 4-6 weeks recovery time after a good drink and forget that younger people bounce back quicker!

Can I interest you in twelve litres of pre-loved natural yogurt?
