Based on my bag of a fag packet calcs and how much they sold the 40% stake to the PE firm for, looks like the owners value us at ~2.5-3x revenue.
So TV revenues plus other commercial revenues would probably suggest the club is worth £300-400m at the moment. [Post edited 9 Jan 10:33]

My read was that it was £240m valuation depending on promotion, which makes sense given TV money is ~£100m pa.
Agree though, now likely worth closer to 350m.
