Just received that email from the club saying my team card points are about to be erased.
Where do I see them? I've looked everywhere. Why don't they put a link in the email?
Can someone point me in the right direction please?

I think I've done that before, but I still can't see any teamcard points anywhere. Is it because I don't have any?

I never got it in the post, but I kept seeing reference to teamcard numbers, so I emailed them, feeling very stupid, and asked essentially, "what's this teamcard thing all about - am I supposed to have one, or have I got the wrong end of the stick?"
And they basically said, oh yeah, we've never sent you one. We'll send you one. And they did. Seems like an odd way to run a system, but then I guess there are other areas of the Club that I'm happy for them to focus on!
Now I've got the thing, I'm at the stage where I can try to work out what it's for...
The physical thing has both a supporter ID and (what I suppose is the) teamcard number. The covering letter had my supporter ID but not a teamcard number on it.
I hope this either helps someone, or makes them realise they are not alone in being ignorant, or makes them happy because they can laugh at me! |  | | |

The teamcard thing has been around years and wasn’t just an ITFC thing, believe it is/was a third party thing - you used to get discounts at loads of other places - Pizza Express for example amongst other national eateries. | |
