With our ChatGPT client, you can say "add to knowledge base...", not sure if that's possible with the public GPT client or idiots would just add crap to it. |  |

Claude has something similar, I imagine the way that works is that it's added as tokens / context to the all requests but isn't actually part of the model. |  |
