Clearly we achieved too much too soon. Simply not experienced or good enough from top to bottom BUT a worthwhile journey/experience.

In a lot of ways we got promoted too soon. Obviously you take the moment and bank the money for the club, but it's been painfully clear we're no where near the level we need to be.
