So many bad/late fouls they gave away which were almost certain yellow cards.

Yeah. Their style will pick up an awful lot of injuries, and with better referees a huge amount of cards.
Also noticed they dropped off massively after their substitutions, so not as much strength in depth potentially. Would imagine they are already close to PSR too. |  |

Thought the ref was very slow at handing out yellow cards to Birmingham, if they carry on in that fashion I can see a few red cards coming there way. |  | | |

I think the ref was just protecting his alive status by not giving them too many. Had he given them what they should have done it would have been much more unpleasant for him. |  | | |
