Town TV 20:42 - Aug 29 with 449 views

Took out SB membership before 31/07.
Watched Aberdeen friendly as part of the deal.
My understanding is that membership gets you Town TV
Thought I would watch Mckenna presser today.
However I've logged in but cant access the videos - seems to want another £5.99 pm
I've emailed the club - just wondered if anyone can help ahead if any response from them.
I think I have used the same email address for membership and Town TV (seems like a common issue).

Check that you're logged in to Town TV as well as the website generally. It's very badly set up but something's needs a second threshold to go through.

We have just seen that we have been charged £5.99 by recurring debit card for Town TV.

We both have memberships and thought this would be stopped at the beginning of the season.

It would be interesting to know if anyone else is still being charged and who we contact to make sure it is stopped?

Weird the McAteer and Furlong interviews work but Mckenna and Cajuste don't??!!

Forget that - one is Town TV subscriber which I believe I am meant to be as a member and the other is ITFC Digital (i guess everyone gets that)

Clearly a disconnect between Membership and activating Town TV for free.

Maybe we need a code that then will zero out the £5.99.

It’s fine for me. It is a bit clunky loving in sometimes, but I use the same email for membership and TownTV and have no problems. I cancelled the monthly TownTV subscription and stopped the DD when I took out membership and haven’t been billed for the monthly fee.

If you email the ITFC Digital address they will sort within 24 hours I would think.
It all just seems clunky and messy doesn't it.

I got a £2.11 refund for some reason last week. I didn't even request it or anything.
