Oxford substitutes had a massive impact on game

If Oxford play the starting 11 all game we win

Unfortunately our Subs didn’t quite have the Same impact which is unusual

Also didn’t realise how bad our record is at Oxford

Oxford brought on players that could change the game - they brought on a physical bully boy that straight away was bullying the aerial duals with our back line and winning a few or causing a lot of unrest at the back, a pacey finisher in the mould that we used to have who got beyond our back line and actually scored. We don’t have finishers any more as none of them can player any different to the players they are replacing and have no apparent strenths apart from all being technical. We have a team of able, technical but expensive jack of all trades masters of none and it shows.

I was thinking before our subs came on that there was no-one on the bench to make an impact as he'd actually started with the "First team" in an attempt to force the only goal.
