I remember going (being dragged) along to one of his events at Portman Road.
I wonder if something along those lines in these much more inflammatory times would be even entertained let alone given the go ahead either due to offence/security risk/etc .. I think as a society we have regressed in this respect.

I believe nodge host the JWs doing an annual rally at their ground but I am not aware of any Christian evangelists doing the sort of thing Billy Graham did on the same scale. I think events tend to be more localised on a smaller scale.

Keswick has a conference centre that hosts a 2-week Christian conference every year but it is aimed more at Christians than reaching out to non-Christians. This last week or so there has been a national event called Passion for Life and lots of local churches are involved in hosting events.

I’m not so sure it wouldn’t be entertained. Most of his worst views are gaining traction and being pushed a new wave of Christian Conservatism in the UK (imported from and funded by the US). His views on women staying at home and being baby factories are a central thread of the ‘manosphere’ twonks’ ideology. His antisemitism is pretty much everywhere, both left and right. There are efforts to push US style pro-life campaigns. He’d have been well aligned to the right’s anti-trans views.

Christianity (fake Christianity really) is going to be a new battleground. Loads of tvvats are publicly converting. You’ve got the likes of Russell Brand bringing a bible to court when defending sexual assault charges. Tommy Robinson converted in prison during one of his many stints for not loving thy neighbour. Even Honest Bob Jenrick has seen the light and become a massive fan of Psalm Sunday https://www.thepoke.com/2026/0

Expect a stadium tour from one of these grifter types some time soon.
