| Sharing the new "Digital" ST 16:05 - Sep 1 with 1697 views | BasingstokeBlue | Hi. chaps - I thought I would check with the hive mind, here, before bothering the Ticket Office. Like me, my missus has a Season Ticket to PR and, on those occasions when she cannot make it to Ipswich, she lends hers to our son, who accompanies me to the match. This was, of course, fine when it was a physical card but I'm uncertain how to do this under the new wallet-based ticket regime. Would he need to log into her account and download her ST to his own phone's wallet? And what state would that leave the one in her own phone's wallet (would she need to re-download it for her own use?) Advice welcome. Thanks in advance. | |

How does one go about "transferring the ticket on a game by game basis"?

ensure the person you are transferring it to is on your friends and family. Simply click a few buttons and its emailed to them

Hmm - the instructions and screenshots don’t match what is found/seen on a mobile phone but I think I’ve found the equivalent. Thanks.

This is a bit of a paraphrase but the games are listed individually within tickets section of your profile, so you can go on there and select one or more games that you want to transfer the ticket. Fairly sure there’s some guidance on the itfc website about exactly how you do this

Any thoughts? I suspect that this is one where I will need to call them but would love to get anyone else’s experiences

I had the same problem. You first need to make sure the person you are giving permission to use your/wife ticket has an ITFC digital account. You can then add them to your friends and family list. Then go to your tickets, click on the game ticket you wish to transfer, select “forward” then select the name from your friend and family list, click forward and both you and the person using the ticket will receive an email. The person using the ticket will receive the actual electronic ticket which they can save to their wallet. Once you’ve mastered it the first time it becomes easy. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

Don’t bother adding anyone to your F+F, it’s easier to add a second email address of your own, forward the email on and then from there you can send it to whomever you want Keeps your F+F tidy and secure.

Yes, I have just done it. Create a new entry in your Friends and Family. Use your address and telephone number and a new email of your own. Forward it to yourself, and change to an adult as you do so. Pay the excess and the email with ticket will then end up in your secondary email Account ready to forward to whomever you want to have it.
