My buddy has a crap phone, so crap you would not believe it, it's a museum piece, Fred Flintstone might be happy with it but in this day and age it is all but useless. Which is to say that one of it's issues is that it does not support NFC . Consequently he has a physical season card, all well and good. For the Leicester EFL cup game I bought him and me a ticket in a different part of the ground on general sale and it worked well, two tickets in my wallet, all fine and dandy. With the extra demand for Arsenal tickets I have doe the same, except buying our season ticket seats. Both tickets have been bought, but only mine is available to download to my wallet. Presumably he can download his to his own wallet, but because of the reasons above that is useless. They both need to be in my wallet. Maybe he could give me his login and I could download it from there, but that sort of nonsense really shouldn't be necessary. Id call the ticket office, but am abroad and not back until the day of the game. Any thoughts on how to get round this? | |
