This unbeaten run is encouraging but there is a long way to go until May. I firmly believe that Ipswich will be safe and finish in a mid table position and too be honest, after the start we had, that will probably be a fair reflection by May. Of course who would argue with a play off spot but I think that mid table is a realistic goal this season with a promotion push next year. I don't believe Keane is the right man for the job but irrespective of who is in charge, the team need all the backing they can get and finish as high as they possibly can. Let's face facts - there is no chance of an automatic promotion place. The play off's are "doable" but it is going to take a hell of a Christmas season and a great January before this can be realistically achieved. I understand everyone's frustration this year with these crappy results. Ipswich should not be getting draws against the likes of Peterborough (no disrespect). We should not be looking at Blackpool away as a tough game. Chelsea away is a tough game !!!!! This club needs to be a lot higher than it is. It's going to be an interesting second half of the season though. Bring those games on and see what we can do !!!!! | | |

I firmly believe that Keano will be disappointed if we do not finish in a Play Off spot, this league is so tight, and it is a realistic position for any club even at this point in the season. The horrible thing is we will not be unbeaten until the the end of the season and therefore the big test will be how we bounce back from our next defeat - that will make or break us in where we finish this season.
