Rosenior: Keane is Celebrity Big Brother Fan
Rosenior: Keane is Celebrity Big Brother Fan
Wednesday, 20th Jan 2010 14:44

Loanee full-back Liam Rosenior has revealed that boss Roy Keane is a fan of Celebrity Big Brother. Rosenior says the Blues manager has spoken to the squad about the reality TV show.

Speaking on the Football League Podcast, Rosenior said: "I was always a Manchester United fan and used to pretend to be him as a little kid - but he is a normal guy.

"He talks about stuff like Celebrity Big Brother. He asks us if we watch it and whether we are interested in it.

"You think that he is such a legend that they are almost beyond things like that!"

Rosenior, who is on loan with the Blues from Reading until the end of the season, is clearly a big fan of Keane’s management: "I have had a lot of good managers in my career. Keane is the best.

"He knows every player in the league, has a great memory and such an in-depth knowledge of the game. It is going to make us better as players - and as a team.

"You can see we play good football. It was only a matter of time that the performances would be converted into results."

Keane recently said that he was delighted with Rosenior’s performances for the Blues and would look at making his move a permanent one soon.

Roy admits his wild days are past - this is no surprise!!

On the postive side, looks as though allis well at PR - the players are behind Roy.

Must have been a slow day for news then!!! Not a fan myself, in fact can't stand big bloody brother. Anyway, Keane is doing a great job, turned things around and we're starting to climb the table we'll be mid table soon and then who knows? Maybe not too many points off the play offs, having said that Keane could be doing a better job by signing up Rosenior permanently which looks like it's on the cards and seemingly he'll stay. I can't understand why Reading don't want him but glad they dont, because their loss is our gain!

moyardmadman - So you're telling me that when the stadium was rocking to "Keano's Barmy Army" they were all not "real Town supporters"?

Well it seems to have generated interest from enough people to get a decent amount of comments on it, so maybe.
