Reserve Squad
Reserve Squad
Monday, 8th Nov 1999 15:08

The Town squad for tonight's reserve game at Carrow Road (7.30pm) is James Pullen, John Kennedy, Gary Croft, Adam Tanner, Titus Bramble, Wayne Brown, Miikka Multaharju, Jim Magilton, Richard Logan, Marco Holster, Chris Keeble, Sean Friars, Tomi Neimi, Stephen Moffat, Kevin Inglis and Justin Miller. Miikka Multaharju is a Finnish trialist from My-Pa 47 who spent time with ITFC in mid-August and seems to have done enough to be invited back for further evaluation now that the Scandinavian season is over. George Burley has already mentioned that several Scandinavians could be on their way to Portman Road for trials in the next few weeks as has been the case in the last few years.

Town reserve striker Neil Midgley is making a huge success of his loan spelll at Luton. The Town striker scored both Luton golas as the Hatters beat Second Division title challengers Burnley 2-1. Midgley has now scored three goals for the Kenilworth Road club and is certainly showing George Burley what he can do at League level. Midgley was sent to Luton to gain some League experience at the end of September.
