Lambe to Become Hogge? Friday, 20th May 2011 13:42 Released winger Reggie Lambe is reportedly set to join the Bermuda Hogges back in his home country to keep himself fit over the summer while he looks for a new club in the UK. Bermudian international Lambe, who spent the final few weeks of the season on loan at Bristol Rovers, was told he wouldn't be offered new terms at Portman Road earlier in the month. The Hamilton-based Hogges play in the USL Premier Development League, the fourth tier of the US league pyramid, and are currently top of the Eastern Conference Mid-Atlantic Division. Lambe, 20, made four Carling Cup starts and two Championship sub appearances while with the Blues. Meanwhile, Town’s Charitable Trust carried off the James Hehir Inter-Firm Cup by beating Suffolk Police Veterans 6-2 in their final at Hadleigh United last night. Matt Cook, James Colchester (2), Craig Skip (2) and an own goal scorer netted. If you’re interested in your company getting involved next season’s Inter-Firm Cup, contact the Suffolk County FA via info@suffolkfa.com. Your business needs to be local to the Ipswich area in order to be eligible to take part.
