Midfielder Lee Martin is out of Saturday's home game with Burnley having picked up his fifth booking of the season against Crystal Palace on Tuesday.

The 25-year-old was yellow-carded for dissent late in the second half at Selhurst Park and as a result serves a one-match ban.

He had previously picked up cautions in the games against Charlton, Barnsley, Derby and Sheffield Wednesday.

I just hope MM has realised just how many goals we concede with Edwards playing at right back - he is a right midfielder NOT a right back!

TimmyH added 20:00 - Nov 9 Have to agree with some comments on here about Martin, yes under RK he wasn't particularly great but for a while under PJ he played better and looked a valuable asset but like a few other players has drifted into inconsistency and so far this season has looked pretty ordinary, effort put in on the pitch to little effect and no goals - say no more.

One of those players who gets him self in trouble a lot and gets him self booked to much and then we sit waiting for him to be sent off.
