Supporters' Forum Notes
Friday, 23rd May 2014 18:36

Town have published a summary from the most recent Supporters’ Forum which took place in April.

The club run the forum on matchday lunchtimes several times over the course of the season in order to get fans' input and feedback on a wide range of non-playing issues.

Members include both young and old and fans from each of the stands, plus representatives of the Official Supporters Club and the Supporters Trust, with volunteers sought at the start of each season. Notes from the latest meeting can be read here.

What a wasted exercise that is, similar in nature to the Official Sycophants Clique I expect. One example;

"It was asked if the Club can look to improve the PA system in North Stand Lower. The Club said that all systems were checked before each game and were in good working order."

Yeah great. The PA system doesn't even appear to be turned on in the North Stand Lower, as the second hand speakers they bought are complete rubbish. You can't hear anything which is broadcast at any time.

I have to agree , I have been in lower north for past 4 seasons and you can't here anything through the PA system except for a garbled mumble, also how about doing something about the smoking in North stand toilets?

Agree with Souper Jim,looks like club have gathered together a group of 'Yes Men/Women'.
I know that Supporters Club Chair was on this group,but now she is a Director does she still attend.H'm!
Expect this of supporters association but not the Trust.Expect they have a lone voice
