Is mick getting carried away with having a good squad? Murphy and Fraser should have started tonight. Our defence are so poor at passing out from back that we have to lump it long meaning we have to have murph up top to hold it up. Looked so much more dangerous when murph and Fraser on

A good solid performance from every player against a well organised side. Toure, Niles, Pitman and Fraser all very impressive while Berra and Skuse were on top form. Murphy finding his sharpness again, give him the full 90 at Old Trafford. Birmingham are a really decent side, should make the playoffs imo.

Disappointing not to win tonight but thought we played quite well and thought Birmingham provided an entertaining game, was surprised with how decent they looked. Draw probably a fair result considering we never should have been awarded a penalty, not that any of us are complaining with a slice of luck especially after berras slip. Thought AMN was fantastic and so too were Lar Lar Toure, Pitman and Smith. Gerken gets a lot of stick so only fair he gets a bit of praise for how quickly he got off his line to get to chambers poor back header in the second half. Looking forward to the united game now COYB!

Dreary game, with for me “Toure” and "Maitland-Niles" were the ones who were the bright spots and showed that positive desire, Sears only showed it in flashes.
Berra had a poor game, Douglas and Skuse were ordinary, Murphy and McGoldrick were ineffective as subs, Frazer at least showed some spark with for the brief time he was on.
Certainly need more sparkle and imagination from the very poor midfield once Toure had been subbed

We should have won comfortably. We were all over them second half. Not clinical enough in front of goal which is disappointing given the hype about our strikers.

We were bad, they were worse.
We started the game with our three best players on the bench.

On the evidence of that game we're crying out for right back. Chambers must now fight for his place in Central role as he played very poorly whereas Smith was at his best. I still feel that Berra is a weak link in so much that he's always taking risks with his tackling and general marking. Toure was great and is a definite plus but Douglas for me should be replaced by Bru if he's fit. Having him and Skuse is costing us so much possession and forward movement. It wasn't a surprise to hear that Town is worst passing team in Championship. This must change!

If Toure was MOM that says little for the rest of them. Loads of huff and puff and so little quality.
