Town Target Former Loanee Graham
Thursday, 2nd Aug 2018 23:11

Town are understood to have made an approach to sign former loanee Jordan Graham from Wolves on a season-long loan.

Winger Graham spent a short spell on loan with the Blues from Aston Villa in late 2013 when he made two substitute appearances.

The 23-year-old was set to join Wigan on loan but the move has stalled and Town are believed to hoping to bring the former England U16 and U17 international back to Portman Road.

Following his short stint with the Blues Graham moved on to Bradford on loan and then Wolves, who he joined on a permanent basis in 2014.

During an injury-hit spell at Molineux he spent time on loan at Oxford and moved to Fulham on loan for the whole of 2017/18 but made only three sub appearances.

Hasn't he been injured for about 2 years straight? If he's fully fit then could be a very good signing but we have enough sick notes as it is if not.

If we don't get one or two of Nolan, Nsiala and Tilt but sign Graham I'll be a bit disappointed, have enjoyed our window so far signing young but week in week out performers from Lower leagues, this seems like taking a step back especially with getting another loan in Edun as well

I still think we will get the other players in & this might not happen, we only asked about him

Is he a right, left or either side winger? Right or left footed?

I'd like this a lot. Was unplayable the season before his awful injury. If Waggy goes, we will also need someone to deliver good set-pieces and Graham does that. Don't base him on his brief loan spell! I'd love this. Graham and Williams on each wing sounds so, so promising!

If he can stay fit....good signing. Awful injury really has hampered his progress in the game.

They would be two good wingers to have with out a doubt.
I reckon we will sign the two shrews lads next week👍🏻

Great to have another young loanee in who can play instead of Nydam or Roberts.

I really dont think we should be loaning players beyond maybe one that we are building the team around. I'd rather struggle but give our own younsters expereince.
