Town to Set Up Fans of the Future Group
Friday, 1st Feb 2019 16:00

Town are setting up a new Fans of the Future group for young supporters aged between eight and 15 to give their opinions on matters relating to the club.

The new initiative will see members of the group discuss issues such as Junior Blues memberships and the FanZone to ticket offers and events.

In addition, they will have the chance to discuss their ideas with club staff, to go behind the scenes to see how things are run, including exclusive tours of Portman Road, attend monthly meetings at Portman Road and receive an official Fans of the Future lanyard.

Those interested in becoming members should send the club an email or letter including their name, age, why they support the Blues and one idea to be discussed at the first meeting.

Email juniorblues@itfc.co.uk or write to Junior Blues, Ipswich Town Football Club, Portman Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP1 2DA.

Sounds a good initiative. Important for the long-term future of the club to get young fans on board as early as possible.

Great idea. How about another group for the old moaners - ideally to keep them away from everyone else.
